Incredibly down to earth

My aunt works as a manager at an upscale Japanese restaurant in southern California and served Johnny Depp + wife (girlfriend? I don't know anything about Johnny Depp). He needed someone to look after his kids while he ate, and because he'd gotten along so well with my aunt he allowed her to take care of them. She said Depp was incredibly down to earth and that the kids were super well-behaved.
