Really nice

A friend of mine lives in the building where The Colbert Report is shot, and he has only told stories about how incredibly nice Mr. Colbert is. He's never leaving the studio without a smile on his face and a warm "hello" to people on the sidewalk. This is why I have a man-crush on him.
