I'm an ACTRESS

My ex boyfriend was good friends with the girl who played Alex Rousseau in Lost (I've never watched the show....) and I was at a party in LA around Christmas of 2007 and I was standing in the kitchen of this house talking to everyone about what they were studying, and I had been chatting with her - I asked where she went to school. She looked completely dumbfounded and said, "I'm an ACTRESS." I smiled and said politely, "oh, anything I'd know?" She said, "Lost" like I was supposed to know. Well hell... I grew up without cable and honestly had no idea. And said "oh that's nice" and tried to ask her some earnest questions about it.... She had none of it and refused to talk to me the rest of the night. Not so nice. And sickeningly skinny to boot.
