I met Jesse McCartney at a radio Disney concert. After the show they had an autograph session. It was my turn to meet him and he looked completely high! He didn't seem interested in meeting any of his fans at all Now mind you this encounter happened about 8 or 9 years ago, so maybe he's changed since then. But I really wasnt impressed
