Not my experience, but my mom's.
She was shopping at this boutique in LA and the one other lady in the store happened to be Jennifer Coolidge.
She was very sweet to my mom and told her stuff like, “Anything would look good on you, you're so pretty!”
And she was very nice to the employees and didn't act like a celebrity at all.
