I have heard encounters from two different people:
My sister had a roommate at university who comes from Oxford and met Emma at a pub once. Apparently she wasn't very nice.
Also, when I was studying A levels, I had a tutor who taught her and Daniel Radcliffe on set while filming Prisoner of Azkaban and at the time, they were wrapping up the very last scene in Deathly Hallows.
She described Emma as a "primadonna" and whenever she set her tasks, she acted like she was too good to do them and would ask "Do I have to do this?"
