Boring and miserable

I met him at a Bar I use to work at in Covent Garden where he watched football.
The whole time he was there he was so miserable, and the most boring Irish person I have ever met. I can not believe the workmen who were renovating the Opera House, asked for his autograph, he looked a bit disgruntled when they asked him.
I met loads of people and he was not nice.
This was 20 years ago, most people did not even know who he was, I have a photographic memory. I only have to see someone once and I will remember where I saw them and who they are.
